Reach Information:
This reach is entirely in a restricted-access portion of the Bull Run Watershed. It's downstream end is at Larson's Falls. The upper 0.4 miles of this reach are above the Bull Run Reservoir spillway plunge-pool rock-weir, which represents the upstream extent of current anadromous fish runs in the Bull Run River. The City of Portland withdrew water from this reach for municipal use from 1895 until the construction of a diversion dam immediately upstream in 1921.
