Reach Information:
This reach begins at the site of the PGE Bull Run powerhouse, crosses into a restricted-access portion of the Bull Run Watershed, and ends at the confluence of the Little Sandy River with the Bull Run River. It has been influenced by the PGE Bull Run Hydroelectric project since 1906 and by the City of Portland's municipal water supply operations since 1895. Contributing flows from the Little Sandy, which have been restricted by PGE's Little Sandy Dam, will return to a natural state after the removal of the dam in 2008.
